Depending on the experience you're looking for, we can prepare, cook and serve from your kitchen or deliver everything you need and leave the rest to it.

Are you a Private Chef?
Cardo is a little different: we do home-style food, not restaurant food.
Where do you cook?
It’s up to you. We curate the experience to suit your vision, location and budget. We can cook and serve onsite for a private dining experience, or we can prep and deliver off-site for you to finish and serve yourself.
How many people can I book for?
Typically we cater for groups of 2-12. If you have a larger group, reach out for a chat.
How do I pay?
Each event is costed on a per head basis.
For events booked in the next 3-months, payment is made in full at the time of booking.
For events booked 3-months or more in advance, a 10% deposit is taken to secure the booking with the remaining being paid in full 4 weeks prior to the event.
We accept payment via a secure online payment link or via bank transfer.
Where do you service?
Mornington, Mount Martha, Sorrento, Portsea, Rye, Red Hill, Flinders and surrounds. Contact us to chat if your event is somewhere else in Victoria.
How far in advance should I book?
The more time we have to plan, the better. However, we can pull together a small table within 1-2 weeks and larger tables within 3-4 weeks.
